This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled on the Acrez Platform. It applies to all paid subscription plans, free-tier accounts, and listings. This policy should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Subscription Cancellation
1.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the Platform, or by writing to support@acrez.co from your registered email or mobile number.
1.2 Effect of Cancellation
When you cancel a subscription, your premium access remains active until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual). After that date, your account reverts to the free tier with limited features, including a maximum of 5 contact reveals per calendar month and no access to Government Data Plans or latest satellite imagery.
1.3 No Pro-Rata Refunds
Cancellation does not entitle you to a pro-rata or partial refund for the remaining days in your billing cycle. You will continue to have full access to premium features until the billing period ends.
1.4 Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. If you do not cancel before renewal, you will be charged for the next billing cycle at the then-current published rate. Acrez will notify active subscribers of any pricing changes with reasonable advance notice.
1.5 Downgrade from Annual to Monthly
If you wish to switch from an annual plan to a monthly plan, cancel your annual subscription before renewal. Once it expires, you may subscribe to the monthly plan. No partial refund or credit is issued for the remaining duration of the annual plan.
2. Listing Cancellation
2.1 Removing a Listing
Listing Parties (landowners, agents, brokers) may remove or unpublish their listings from the Platform at any time through their profile dashboard. There are no charges or fees for listing or delisting on Acrez.
2.2 Removal by Acrez
Acrez reserves the right to remove, suspend, or reject any listing that fails verification, contains inaccurate or misleading information, violates our Terms and Conditions, or is flagged for suspected fraud. No compensation or refund is due for listings removed by Acrez.
3. Account Deletion
3.1 How to Delete
You may request deletion of your Acrez account by writing to support@acrez.co. Account deletion is permanent and includes removal of your profile, saved listings, and preferences.
3.2 Active Subscription
If you have an active paid subscription at the time of account deletion, your subscription will be cancelled immediately. No refund — full, partial, or pro-rata — will be issued for the unused portion of the billing period.
3.3 Data Retention
Account deletion does not override our legal data retention obligations. Certain records, including payment data and listing history, may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 General Policy
All subscription fees on Acrez are non-refundable. Subscriptions are digital services delivered immediately upon purchase, and access to premium features including expanded contact reveals and satellite imagery begins at the time of payment.
4.2 Exceptions
Acrez may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund in the following limited circumstances:
- Technical failure: A platform-side outage or technical failure attributable to Acrez that rendered the Platform entirely inaccessible for a significant portion of the subscription period.
- Billing error: A verified billing error resulting in an incorrect charge, such as a duplicate payment or an amount inconsistent with the published pricing at the time of purchase.
4.3 Feature Usage Condition
No refund will be issued where the subscriber has accessed any premium feature during the billing period, including but not limited to contact reveals or satellite imagery, except in cases of verified billing error.
4.4 How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the charge to:

Your request must include:
- Registered mobile number
- Date and amount of the charge
- Razorpay payment ID (if available)
- Brief description of the reason for the refund request
4.5 Processing Timeline
Acrez will evaluate refund requests within 14 working days of receipt. If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method through Razorpay. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4.6 Failed Transactions
If a payment is deducted from your account but the transaction fails or your subscription is not activated, the amount will be automatically reversed by your bank or payment provider within 5–7 business days. If the reversal does not occur within this period, contact support@acrez.co with the transaction details and we will coordinate with you and the payment processor to resolve it.
5. Termination by Acrez
Acrez reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or terminate any subscription or account with or without notice in the event of breach of our Terms and Conditions, misuse of the Platform, fraudulent activity, data harvesting, or conduct detrimental to platform operations or other users. No refund is due upon termination for cause.
6. Pricing Changes
Acrez reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Active subscribers will be notified of price changes with reasonable advance notice. The new pricing will apply from the next billing cycle and will not affect the current active subscription period.
7. Applicable Law
Where applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, mandates a specific refund or cancellation right that overrides any provision of this policy, Acrez will honor that obligation. All disputes arising from this policy shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
8. Changes to this Policy
Acrez may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Revised versions will be published at www.Acrez.co/refund-cancellation-policy with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, we will notify registered users via email where feasible. Continued use of the Platform after publication of an updated policy constitutes deemed acceptance.
